Animal lover and activist, musician, wife, mother, frenzied learner, and bad-ass boss lady all describe Mitzi. So too do workflow and automation platform expert, problem solver extraordinaire, and inspiring leader.
Originally a graphic designer, Mitzi quickly moved to leadership roles in project management and later operations management, which is her primary role at agenticus. Little known fact: Mitzi made a living as a professional singer for 8 years!
Biography
Based in Clark, Philippines, Mitzi is an expert in Workflow Design, and has extensive knowledge and first hand experience with a wide range of Automation Platforms. She is also a highly skilled front end web developer, having personally built and/or managed more than 1,000 web design projects.
Originally a graphic designer, Mitzi quickly progressed to project management at a large American based web design firm. For ten years she was Lead Project Manager and later COO at Hong Kong based ROI Media Limited, and more recently has filled virtual COO roles with a number of e-commerce businesses.
Before moving into digital marketing, Mitzi worked for a number of large BPO's, primarily in team leadership roles, servicing clients such as Amazon and Citibank. She also worked as academic head in an English language school, and at one time made her living as a singer!
Mitzi is a co-founder and Director of Philippines based Best Friends Furever Sanctuary, Inc (BFFS), an NGO that provides long-term accommodation and care for senior and special needs animals, as well as an active volunteer with the Philippine Animal Welfare Society, Inc (PAWS).
agenticus is the primary sponsor of BFFS and also sponsors PAWS.
Mitzi is the Chief Operations Officer of agenticus.
